## What is Konnektis Homecare?

Konnektis Homecare is a digital care plan management and rostering app that allows public and private sector homecare staff to:

View and log into their care visits
Access Care Plans, Risk Assessments and other documentation on a mobile device
Record how customers are supported with care tasks and medications, in addition to writing visit notes

Information captured from the Konnektis Homecare app is available to administrative staff in real-time on the Konnektis web based application, enabling:

A live view of which visits have started, are in progress or have been completed
Changes in care documentation can be seen automatically by care workers
One version-of-the-truth to enhance delivery of services, improve decision making, and save time and money
Real-time auditing and reporting of care visits to support improved CQC compliance

The Konnektis Homecare app works online and offline, enables care workers to log in and out with 2-Factor Authentication and has secure data encryption.
