## What is KONOTOKI?

All you have to do is enter your period. The app will inform you of your "most fertile time" and "due date of your next period."
You can also enter your basal body temperature and weight easily, and the app will create a chart automatically. The chart can be output in PDF file.

The app calculates the most fertile time based on your estimated ovulation date and inform you of the best timing for pregnancy.
You can receive explanation on women's physical condition according to menstrual cycle and advice for your efforts to conceive, under supervision of experts. This will help you get your body ready for pregnancy.

すごく便利です！たくさんの妊活アプリを試しましたが、ナンバーワン。過去の排卵検査薬の比較ができるのが最高です。検査薬の線の濃さを過去と比較することで、排卵までの日数をかなり正確に予測できる。
惜しい点、
①カレンダーに記録内容のアイコンや、メモの内容が出ないこと。せっかく記録したのに全てメモマーク。何を書いたか探さないといけない。
通院のマーク、排卵検査薬を使った日のマーク、メモの冒頭10文字くらいが出ると最高。
②サプリの記録をしたい。妊活で葉酸サプリを飲む人はかなり多いので、記録項目にあると便利！サプリは治療ではないので、普通の記録項目の中に「サプリ」がほしい。
それさえ出来れば完璧。故にそれが出来ないのが惜しすぎる。

これまでは某有名アプリを使っていましたが、不妊治療3年目にしてこのアプリを知って使ってみました。
無料での利用でも、基礎体温を一つのアプリ内でグラフ化してくれたり、排卵日の予測もなかなか正確ですし、体調なども記録しやすい。
不妊治療の中の方であればこのアプリがお勧めです。

第一子はこのアプリの旧バージョンのコウノトリで、
第二子は最近授かりました。
他に妊活アプリは掛け持ちせずコノトキ一本です。

最近はchat GPTやら様々な排卵予測をしてくれるツールがありますが、あれこれ惑わされた時期があり第二子は結構遠回りしてしまいました。
第一子の時のように最初からコノトキだけを信じていれば良かった(笑)
コノトキの予測日がやっぱり私にはバッチリでした。

ただレビューで他の方も仰っていましたが、コウノトリ君が喋らなくなったのは残念。
可愛いから好きだったのにな。

他のアプリをずっと使って妊活していましたが妊活モードにしているにも関わらずPMS注意報とか心無いメッセージが毎日表示されて尋常じゃないくらいストレスに…不妊治療も効果を感じられず体調も崩して心身ともにボロボロでしたがこちらのアプリでは生理が来てしまった時もコウノトリさんが休憩して次に備えてくれているようなアニメーションに癒されました。ルナルナからこちらに変えて本当に良かったです。おかげさまでまさかの自然妊娠できました。ありがとうございました。

タイミングをとった日のアイコンなのですが、ハートマーク以外の選択肢もあるといいなと思います。
生理だったり、症状だったりを入力している時に上の子が見てしまった時、全く意味を知らない子に「ハートマークあるよ！」と指摘されて非常に気まずいです…記憶に残るかは分かりませんが、子供がいずれ成長して意味を理解してしまった時も複雑でしょうし。

わかりやすいUIでとても使いやすいアプリです。毎日その日に合わせたコメント表示されて何を気をつけたらいいかアドバイスもらえたり、トリのキャラが可愛いのが良かったです。
これを無料で使えるのは本当にありがたいなと思います。
サプリも検討したけど各成分の配合量がわからなくて、結局配合量が明記されたサプリを買ってます。配合量書いてあったらなーと思いました。
