I was very dubious about this but it works. Had the agreement about cleaning their room and their reward all written up. With their photo and they couldn’t keep changing the terms we set. Works a charm.

Quite often I’ve lent money and items to friends only for them to tell me that they don’t have the item I gave them or I never borrowed that money. This solves my problems and is fantastic. Highly recommend.
