(For now) *2022-11-19, version v0.0.81* I hope the team working on the app can help prevent misinformation and hate speech on this platform. We Brazilians are having so much fun (for now) because digital militias are not on Koo, so it feels like a healthy and safe space to connect. But they will be on the app at some point. Since 2018 we’ve been tracking these groups who are spreading hate and low-quality content to influence elections. Profiles that represent “news” websites, as well bots and fake profiles spreading hate by using a limited vocabulary. Silicon Valley companies did close to nothing to prevent them from spreading lies, which created a lot of harm to the Brazilian people since 2013. Please keep it safe! In the current iPad version, the mobile app is being replicated on the iPad. One tweet captures the whole screen on phone. You can have enough spaces on web application but on phone it needs to make use of lot of empty spaces. If possible reduce the font size also. App won’t let me app my photo to profile. Have to skip/continue after failed message trying to add profile photo. Then I’m given the Home Screen which is all in another language other then English. The Home Screen just flickers with a loading icon in the middle. No tapping if any link or button changes the view. Nothing happens but flickering. The idea behind Koo is great, it has potential of becoming something big but the execution is failing big time. Wish I could give it more. Without that feature, the app is a waste of time as you have to scroll to find each story. Loading of feeds is taking lot of time.. need to be competitive and up to international standards. If not we loose Aatmanirbhar Bharat idea... Even though I don’t follow a person or organization on Twitter, I am still able to see trending feeds on my home page - probably based on suggested topics that I selected. Why can’t Koo also do something similar instead of showing the feeds only when I choose to follow or select to view. Its like show something trending topics as well as others to follow rather than showing only a list of people for me to follow on the home page.
