Nothing works appropriately one time they all go off the next time nothing happens. Motion is meaningless no matter how sensitive or non-sensitive do not recommend them got five of them thinking they were the greatest thing in the world but now I’m seeing scribe to a monthly subscription and that ain’t gonna make the cameras anymore it’s suckable or not suckable ### 1/5 — Software Issue *2025-06-19* Adding Homebase units manually or via QR code does not work. Other devices show up without issue and can be added. No response via app support. Thanks for you help! ### 2/5 — Love the app, but why everything keeps going offline? *2026-08-21* I bought 8 cameras for my outdoor and I don’t understand why the system keeps going offline. I have fast internet and the cameras keep not recording and going offline. If this can’t be fixed I will have to change camera system ### 3/5 — Missing feature *2026-08-20* I just set a new Ansque camera system up to replace my old Arlo system. The app initially was great until I realized several things. There is no way to adjust the video quality through this app. Also there was no spot on the app to view thumbnails of all your notifications as thumbnails in one place/ feed. You need to individually click on each camera to see thumbnail notifications/ events. I think these are major flaws, but could easily be fixed on the developer end. I am looking forward to an update where this is fixed and there is an easy to view notifications/ events area. With all cameras and thumbnails in one place. otherwise a great app. ### 3/5 — Software Issue *2025-06-25* Adding Homebase units manually or via QR code does not work. Other devices show up without issue and can be added. But homebase units aren’t in the list of available units to add manually, and scanning QR code returns a blank. Developers responded asking for more details, so I increased my original rating. Thanks for you help! ### 4/5 — Great cameras but *2026-07-07* These cameras are really great. They are easy to install and hook up. The only reason I didn’t give a five star is they don’t offer an indoor camera to link it to this system. I have an old indoor camera and I wanted to upgrade but I have to still operate of a totally different app instead of one app together. ### 4/5 — Software Issues *2025-09-14* I want to say the cameras are pretty good. Some cons I’ve found. When you have cross camera detection you can’t delete any of the videos. Like each video is tied together so you can’t delete them. You also can’t delete videos in bulk without having to click each video to delete it. If I’m walking around outside I get multiple videos and want to delete them all at once. As the software is now you have to click each individual video to delete it. ### 5/5 — Easy to use *2026-02-02* Been using this app for awhile with my camera. Super easy to use, and no annoying apps. The UI is clean and intuitive. Network is stable. Would recommend. ### 5/5 — Easy and intuitive *2025-06-30* I downloaded this to go with our new camera system and have been pleasantly surprised by this app. It’s very straightforward and doesn’t seem to have any language issues. Every time I find myself wondering if I can do something (change camera name, make a default view, etc) I’ve been able to locate and change the feature quickly. There is an option for a paid subscription, but the utility of the app and cameras is not diminished with the free account at all.
