It cannot upload multiple files, neither technique works. Have to load one file at a time. It is taking a long time to load up my files. It works only when online, it doesn't hold any data about is loaded when offline. No option to overwrite files loaded. No folder for direct files app access, e.g. to copy multiple files. No confirmation check when deleting single files. ### 2/5 — App Struggling *2024-06-04* 1) this app is struggling even with an update- it constantly crashes 2) it’s not even allowed in the iOS files folder section like every other cloud drive 3) there’s not even a back ramp sync option like even the most basic apps have ### 4/5 — Great service but.. *2024-01-14* App not so much. The captcha is not accessible for blind users. This app needs to be deleted. ### 1/5 — Very Slow and Poor Upload *2025-09-27, version 3.5.13* The worst app in App Store ### 1/5 — Does not allow updating email address *2025-09-16* I have a lifetime account and have been very happy until I recently moved my email to a more secure email provider than gmail and Koofr will not allow me to update my email to a new email address because I have a lifetime account. So now I am stuck with either buying a new subscription (I won’t), moving my files to a new secure provider or keeping a less secure email only for Koofr access. Suggest going with another product if you want a lifetime service. ### 1/5 — Avoid this company *2025-06-26, version 3.5.12* Customer service are rude. They are not helpful. Speed is the slowest I’ve seen. Please don’t spend money on it, you will regret it dearly. I have opened the folder, disabled and re-enabled it but still not working. No issue with other cloud drive. Please fix this issue. ### 1/5 — Absolute Junk Software *2024-07-07* This deserves zero stars honestly. The auto camera upload refuses to upload past the first 7 photos. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I’m on a 1GB symmetrical line and after 9 minutes a 142MB (not gb, yes MB) file had made it to a whopping 32% upload completion. 9 minutes. Please don’t give this company your money until they fix their product. Absolute garbage offering. ### 1/5 — Crashes, missing features *2023-07-23* Before I upgraded subscription, I wanted to test it first with the 10gb free storage. Uploading mkv file at a 6gb size, it just creates a 0 byte file. Uploading mp4 at a 1.1gb size and the app crashes right away. Camera backup organizes by year, not a fan of that. Cannot multi select files for upload. And I feel like the thumbnail loading etc all work really well.
