## What is KOOHI | coffee note?

KOOHI is an app for recording and analyzing your daily coffee experiences, helping you pursue your own “perfect cup.”
From buying beans to brewing and tasting, it logs every step of the process and visualizes patterns in your preferences.

Save every detail about your beans — origin, roaster, roast level, processing method, and more — together with photos.
You can also customize the fields to match how you like to keep records.

It’s more than just a stopwatch.
Based on your adjustments for sweetness, balance, and acidity, and your chosen brew ratio, it automatically calculates a brewing recipe tailored to you.
It provides real-time guidance on pour timing and water volume to help you brew consistently.

Rate each cup on a five-point scale for acidity, bitterness, sweetness, body, and aroma.
As your data builds up, the analytics features reveal trends in your taste, such as ideal temperature ranges and brewing methods that suit you best.
