Personally, I’ve never used an app other than a ticketing official site for concert, so I’m a bit nervous for an upcoming event as it’s very new to me. The content itself is entertaining and I like the simplicity of it all. I do hope some updates can be made in the coming future so it’s easier to understand how to vote, watch, and support content of idols and groups! The sole goal of this app is to scam fans out of $. If you do decide to use this app, buyer beware. DO NOT USE YOUR APPLE ACCOUNT if you plan to purchase points to use for voting. When I was unable to use some points purchased, the app company said they were willing to refund, but APPLE REFUSED. It was a significant amount of money that was lost. No compensation was given to fans who spent time and money collecting votes and official customer service response was unprofessional and unjust. Please fix your servers and appropriately address fan’s concerns in order to respect all parties involved. ### 1/5 — Fraud & Unfair *2024-12-02, version 5.2.6* i’ve seen worse apps when it comes to lagging during voting, but this takes it to another level—not only does it lag, but it also doesn’t allow you to vote even before the deadline. it’s incredibly unfair, especially since you’re not even trying to fix the problem. we’ve spent so much time and money collecting votes, only to be unable to use them, while you keep the winner as is—clearly the result of your app’s poor performance. don’t host big voting events if you can’t provide proper compensation or fix these issues. your app is a disappointment. ### 1/5 — Incompetent & fraudulent *2024-12-02, version 5.2.6* Imagine saving up thousands of points to vote for your bias only for the app to start lagging 2 hours before the voting round ends and you couldn’t drop a single point.
