Si je pouvais je mettrais -5 étoiles. Nous avions commandé auprès de Sakura et avions besoin de signaler une allergie alimentaire. Or, aucune possibilité de mentionner clairement une allergie ou de demander le retrait d’un ingrédient n’était disponible lors de la commande. Nous avons donc essayé de contacter KooL pour trouver une solution. Après plusieurs tentatives, nous avons finalement eu quelqu’un au téléphone, mais la personne nous a répondu de manière très impolie et nous a indiqué qu’elle allait contacter le restaurant. Nous avons ensuite essayé de joindre KooL et Sakura à de très nombreuses reprises, au minimum une dizaine d’appels, sans obtenir de réponse. Le problème n’est donc pas simplement une commande qui ne s’est pas passée comme prévu. Lorsqu’un client essaie de signaler une allergie, il devrait pouvoir obtenir une réponse et une solution rapidement. Au lieu de cela, nous avons été renvoyés vers le restaurant puis laissés sans réponse malgré nos nombreuses tentatives. Service client très décevant et gestion de la situation particulièrement mauvaise.
