## What is Koonote?

Koonote is an AI voice note app for meetings, lectures, and everyday conversations.
It captures what matters, understands the content, and turns it into clear summary notes—a practical helper for work, study, and life.

KEY FEATURES

• AI Summary Notes — Turn recordings into structured notes with key points, themes, and action items
• Record on iPhone or Apple Watch — Capture conversations anywhere; Watch audio syncs to iPhone for processing
• Accurate Transcription — Full transcripts with timestamps and speaker labels across 100+ languages
• Chat with Your Notes — Ask questions and get answers grounded in your recording
• YouTube to Notes — Import a YouTube link and get structured notes you can review with the video
• Audio Import — Upload m4a, mp3, or wav files you already have
• Note Templates — Choose meeting, lecture, interview, and more so summaries match the situation
• Translate & Share — Translate summaries; export PDF or text; share via the system share sheet
• Rich Notes — Add images—slides, whiteboards, meeting photos—alongside voice and text

From conversation to clear notes

Meetings, classes, interviews, or a quick idea on the go—Koonote turns spoken content into something you can use. You get a full transcript when you need exact wording, and a structured summary when you need the big picture: key points, decisions, and next steps in one place.

Capture without losing focus

Ideas and discussions don’t wait for a perfect setup. Start recording on iPhone or Apple Watch, import audio you already have, or bring in a YouTube video. Pick a template before you record so the summary fits a meeting, lecture, interview, or everyday memo—while you stay present in the conversation.

Ask about what was said

When you need a decision, deadline, quote, or detail later, you don’t have to replay the whole file. Chat with the note, get answers based on your recording, and follow up until you find what you need.

Summaries built for real use

Long recordings become short, readable notes—not a wall of raw text. Koonote organizes themes and action items so you can scan quickly, share with others, and move on with clarity.

WHO IT’S FOR

• Professionals — Stand-ups, client calls, reviews, and follow-ups with clear next steps
• Students — Lectures, seminars, and study groups turned into notes you can revise from
• Interviewers & creators — Speaker-labeled transcripts and summaries you can quote and reuse
• Everyday capture — Voice memos, brainstorms, and personal notes on the go

HOW IT WORKS

1. Record on iPhone or Apple Watch—or import audio or a YouTube link
2. Koonote transcribes the audio and labels speakers
3. AI creates a clear structured summary with the important points
4. Read the summary, ask about the note, then translate, export, or share
