## What is KORA?

KORA is a simple and convenient app for building your family (genealogy) tree. It comes in two modes: start free with no account and everything on your device, or turn on the cloud when you want the tree on all your devices and in the hands of your relatives.

TWO MODES
• Local mode (free): no account, works offline, every tree stays on your device
• Cloud mode (KORA Pro): sign in and your trees sync across your devices and can be shared with relatives

FEATURES
• Multiple family trees in a single app
• Add relatives: first name, last name, dates of birth and death
• Relationships between people: parents and spouses
• A photo and a photo gallery for each person (from your library)
• Notes about each person with Markdown formatting
• Visual tree with connections: drag the cards, zoom in and out
• Merge trees and extract a separate family into a new tree
• Import and export your data for backup or transfer between devices
• Light and dark themes
• Russian and English languages

KORA PRO (optional subscription — cloud mode)
• Cloud sync: keep a tree backed up and in step across your devices
• Sharing: invite family members to view or edit a tree together
• Voice input: dictate your relatives and let KORA turn them into people and relationships you review before adding
$4.99 per month or $39.99 per year. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account settings.

PRIVACY
• Local mode needs no account, and nothing you enter leaves the device
• Cloud mode uploads only the trees you choose to sync, and you can delete them — and your account — at any time
• The voice feature sends the text you dictate (not the audio) to our server for processing — see the Privacy Policy
• No ads in either mode (usage analytics only)

• Voice input: say the names, relationships and years out loud, check what KORA understood, then add it to the tree

FINDING PEOPLE
• Auto-search in global databases: look a relative up in Wikidata/Wikipedia and add the parents, spouses and children found in the record straight into your tree
• Archive and record search: open Yandex Archives, FamilySearch, Find A Grave, Geni/MyHeritage and more with the person's details already filled in — two people free, unlimited with Pro
• Smart suggestions while you type: patronymics and surnames predicted from the parent, offered in both grammatical forms

MAKING SENSE OF THE TREE
• A relationship label on every card — grandmother, uncle, niece, cousin, son-in-law — worked out from the tree itself
• Notes with a Markdown editor

DATA
• GEDCOM import and export: move a tree in from, or out to, any other genealogy app
