## What is Kora?

Kora uses the motion sensors in your AirPods to measure how your posture behaves during your run and shows you exactly where it starts to give way.

POSTURE AND MECHANICS
Each run becomes a stability index from 0 to 100, with head tilt, lateral sway, vertical impact, and cadence.

WHERE FORM GIVES WAY
The stability graph marks the kilometer at which signs of fatigue appear, and what the pattern is: head falling forward or lateral sway increasing.

A COACH WHO REMEMBER
The Insights tab tracks your trends throughout your runs: how well you maintain your form, whether it's improving, and what your fatigue signature is.

THE BASICS, DONE RIGHT
GPS, pace, distance, heart rate, calories, map route, goals, Live Activity, widgets, and synchronization with the Health app.

ON APPLE WATCH
Start your run from your wrist, track live metrics, and see the summary with the posture index at the end.

PRIVACY
Everything is processed on your iPhone. No account creation required.

REQUIREMENTS
Posture analysis requires AirPods with motion sensors (Pro, 3rd generation, or Max). Without them, Kora continues to record the run normally, but without posture data.

Kora does not provide a medical diagnosis. Analyses are estimates based on motion data, for informational purposes.
