코레일톡 UI가 좌석 있는지 없는지 시안성 좋았는데 바뀐 건 글자로만 덩그러니 써있어서 너무 보기 안좋구요 새로고침하면 다시 윗쪽 페이지로 올라오는 거 수정해주세요 이전에는 안 그랬는데 계속 위로 올라가면 어떡해요 특실일반실 선택도 전엔 바로 할 수 있었는데 한번 더 거쳐서 시간낭비되고 무궁화는 특실 없는데 항목을 왜 만들어 놓은 건지… 그리고 예약을 왜 합니까 바로 결제할건데 이것도 낭비 여백은 또 왜이렇게 많은지 화면 내리다가 끝나겠어요. 결제하고 표 확인하는데 왜 일월년으로 되어있나요? 요일도 영어로 적혀있어서 너무 햇갈려요

업뎃해서 좋아진게 없는데 왜 했나요?
1. 직통과 환승을 한번에 볼수 없나요? 왜 직통따로 환승따로 체크해서 비교해야 하죠?
2. 환승의 경우 ---환승대기 00분---- 나와있는데 오히려 앞이랑 뒤랑 더 헷갈려요. 구분 좀 해놓으세요
3. 이 어플 목적이 KTX+SRT 같이 예매하는거 아니었나요? 검색할때 SRT 포함을 클릭해야 하나요 그냥 디폴트로 같이 검색되게 해주세요

가입부터 로그인까지만 해도 어플을 몇번 들락날락해야하는지 모르겠고 전달받은 승차권은 확인이 불가능함. 로그아웃하고 비회원 로그인 하고 인증하고 로그인 되면 승차권 없음. 이런 어플 만들려면 확실히 만들어주세요 어설프게 만들어서 힘들게 하지 마시고.

이건 진짜 왜 만든건가요? 만든 취지가 뭔가요? 어차피 다른 사람 계정 써봤자 가족 아니면 지인일텐데 굳이 그걸 표를 확인못하게 만든 이유가 뭔가요
진짜 이해가 하나도 안되고 업데이트도 왜 했는지 모르겠고 Ui도 무슨 초등학생 방과후 수업에서 만든것 같은 퀄리티에 내 세금이 아깝다는 생각밖에 안드네요 제발 이 기능좀 없애세요 타기 직전인데 표 확인이 안되네 진짜

보통 업뎃하면 다운그레이드 같이 많이 불편한데, 오밀조밀해지긴 했지만 한눈에 많이 볼수있고 무엇보다 반응시간이 진짜 빨라졌네요 잘쓸게요

더 편리하게 개선?? 서비스 안정성 같은소리하고있네...ㅡㅡ
코레일도 문제고 앱개발자도 문제..
이거 누가 이렇게해놨냐.. ㅆ..기차타야되는데 앱이 들어가지지가 않잖아요  몇번을 지웠다 깔았다가.. 표라도 캡쳐되면 앨범에라도 저장해놓든지하지..미치겠네

개발하는라 고생하셨을텐테..전작보다 미흡한거 몇가지만
1. 큰글씨 모드에서 출발역 도착역 바꾸기 기능이 안보임
2. 왕복권 예매기능이 없음
3. 예약된티켓 확인시 다른화면으로 팝업됨—> 티켓을 누르면 바로 볼수있었음 좋겠음

이건 커머스앱이 아닌데 왜 커머스처럼 바꿔놓은건가요? 너무 불편해요 정말.. 가독성 사용감 모두 다 떨어집니다. 전에 이용하던 것과 너무 달라져서 불편해요. 이건 실패한 업데이트에요 정말로.. 카톡의 주 기능은 메신저인 것 처럼 코레일톡의 주 기능은 승차권 예매여야하는 겁니다. 방향성이 투어도 같이 가는 방향이라고 해도 주력해야하는 부분은 예매라고 봅니다.

자꾸 로그인하려니까 “원활한 서비스를 위해 안정적인 환경에서 앱을 이용해 주시기 바랍니다. 매크로 등 미허가 도구 사용 시 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.정상적인 환경임에도 이용이 제한되는 경우 앱을 완전히 종료한 후 다시 실행해 주시기 바랍니다.” 라는 문구가 나오면서 로그인에 실패하는데 매크로고 뭐고 쓴적도 없고 쓰는방법도 모르는데 이거때문에 지금 업데이트 이후로 아예 앱에 안들어가지네요.. 왜이러는걸까요..? 너무 불편하네요..
