## What is KORE?

KORE is a personal training platform designed for goal-oriented exercisers to achieve athletic, strong and muscular fitness. The scientific training method ensures that training and nutrition feel easy and meaningful.

In the application, the user gets access to constantly updated weekly training programs created by professionals, clear weekly videos explaining them, recording and monitoring exercises, and access to modify existing training programs. KORE is a continuously progressive coaching that ensures development with gradually progressing instructional videos, where the most important part of training and nutrition is broken down into parts. In the application, you get access to a Discord community created only for members, where coaches and the community ensure success with active support and versatile constantly developing features (Q&A meetings, form check feedback, etc.). The application has support in both Finnish and English.

We’ve rolled out a new update with several fixes and improvements to enhance your experience. Exercise logging now supports saving 0 RIR, and issues with exercise videos on mobile (missing thumbnails, multiple videos not showing, and flickering during input) have all been resolved.

We’ve rolled out a new update with improvements and fixes to enhance your experience. The Program Details section is now read-only for assigned programs while remaining editable for programs you create yourself, and you can now delete programs you’ve created for more control. We’ve also added support for program deletion and improved the overall UI design for a cleaner, smoother experience. The home screen before sign-in now better guides you to either start planning your program or sign in, and we corrected the suggested next video flow so it now follows the proper sequence (1 → 2 → 3 → 4…).
