The watch itself is good but the app isn’t, I would leave a higher review but the whole point of a smart watch is to be able to connect it to your phone. I even tried using a different email came already exists. Which is absolutely rubbish. Just like the service. SoI tried to sync this morning Oct 8 does not work useless. I have asked 3 times to reset my password useless still waiting. I deleted and traded app useless. There is no customer service just dead air. Your support team does not answer calls. I have not spent your $24.99 per month on this poor application. My watch no longer syncs your customer service calls are non existent. Some of your updates are poor. But now it no longer does anything, I can’t even reset the correct time all it does is ask me for $24.99 per month to go premium. There was no need to go premium initially, I could adjust the time track my sleep and activity as well as get notified of texts and emails, now it is holding me hostage and I can’t get ahold of support to find out what’s wrong. Maybe m doing something wrong? Who knows? At 81 with the usual eye, heart and lung issues, being able to see the numbers easily on my phone is a huge bonus to the inspiration of the app to move, to meditate and to generally prioritize self care (better late than never). The app is pretty intuitive if this Apple mind can navigate it, and I can. Knowledge is power and this app provides knowledge. So far this Kore app is about 10 on a scale from 1-5. I use it almost everyday to track my data, like BMI, body fat rate, muscle mass, etc. I like trying to beat each days metrics. Sometimes I win, sometimes I don't, but I never give up. I have only had KoreTrack for the last few days but I'm loving it! I used it during multiple workout and outside running and the GPS has never failed me. It really accurate.
