We are paying money for this app to not work. The flash card lessons are blank and the audio doesn’t work half the time. If everything worked, I would genuinely love this app, but it doesn’t. **Developer response:** Sorry about the blank flashcards and audio issues, Zachary. We fixed these in version 1.4. Please update Kori and give it another try. If anything still isn’t working, email support@learnkori.com. We’d love to help and make up for the inconvenience. ### 1/5 — No sound *2026-08-13* Whenever I hit the button to play the sound of a certain letter from the Hangul alphabet no sound plays I’ve tried everything but I can’t hear anything **Developer response:** Thank you for reporting this, we've fixed it in the latest version, so please update Kori from the App Store and the letter sounds should play properly. If you update and it's still silent, email us at support@learnkori.com and we'll get it working with you directly. ### 1/5 — Don’t download *2026-07-27* Can’t even try the app first they immediately ask you for subscription. AI coded slop **Developer response:** There's a a free trial, so you can use the full course before paying, cancellable any time. Kori does have a free trial, so you can start learning without paying up front, and you can cancel any time in your Apple subscription settings before it renews. If you're having trouble getting the trial started, email us at support@learnkori.com and we'll help you get set up. ### 2/5 — Sound doesn’t work *2026-09-06* I’ve deleted and downloaded the app twice and I can not seem to get the audio to work. It looks likes a good app, I’m bummed I can’t use it. **Developer response:** We're sorry the audio stopped you from using Kori, especially after reinstalling twice. The sound does not work. It keeps saying to check my connection. Regardless of WiFi or cell data. And the support email doesn’t exist - I tried sending an email and it failed because the address does not exist. I certainly won’t be paying for the pro subscription after this. **Developer response:** We're sorry Kori fell short in practice. The sound not working and the "check your connection" message were caused by a bug, and we've just pushed a new update that fixes it. The app is enjoyable now that the sound bug is fixed. Thank you for fixing it! Immediately upon downloading the app, the sound button was broken which makes it impossible to do the lessons.
