It’s app doesn’t let you pay anything off. All it has an option for is to call the company. Worst app in the world. I wish I could rate it 0 stars.

If I could give this zero stars I would.  This app is a complete joke.  It’s impossible to even log in because no matter what you’re entering in the incorrect password even when you aren’t.  Even when you JUST changed it you’re still entering in the incorrect password.  Such a waste of time and space on my phone.  Kornerstone should feel ashamed and seriously needs to do better and needs to hire better skilled developers.

This app is horrific. What is the point of having an app that will never recognize your username and password? I have reset the password several times, to no avail. Just throw the whole app away.

Fatal , me arrepiento de haber escogido esta entidad para crédito, donde un deuda de 700 me cobran 1,500.00 y no hay otra solución , más que pagar la cantidad que ellos dicen, señores lean bien ese contrato, porq al final terminamos pagando el doble y hasta el triple no les recomiendo esta entidad de crédito ,que estafa, porq terminaran como estoy yo pagando una deuda altísima y no es fácil hacer un comentario, claro no les conviene primero que tienes que poner un apodo y un sin fin de trabas para no publicar, ojalá pueda pegar este reseña.

App worked fine for the first month, and then out of nowhere, it says “incorrect username & password” for no reason! There hasn’t even been an update since the problem started.

This app is terrible. Every single time I sign in whether it’s the app or the website I am told i am entering in the incorrect password. We use the same password for everything.

I was so happy to delete this App for good!! It never works. I’ve had the same exact password for this app since I’ve had it but I have to keep resetting it because it will say it’s invalid. Sometimes it wouldn’t even work when I opened it. When I tried to pay off my balance through the app it kept switching from pay it off back to make a payment. Awful and so happy to be done with it!!

I can’t login to my account no matter how many times I reset my password or uninstall and reinstall the app but you keep taking money from me. I’d really like to see my statements and track my money so if you would fix this it’d be very much appreciated.

Huge improvement from it’s last version! Easy to log on and maneuver within the app. I can see my balance, make payments, and chat directly to service representative. Color scheme is on point!
