Obviously nowhere in the process did it say that payments to cards were no longer available. The chat support defied the reality and kept saying that the advice was there even after I’d sent them screenshots proving the opposite. Not using this app ever again. I’m using Profee now which works perfectly fine gor card payments. ### 1/5 — Оценка 4 из 10 *2024-04-29, version 2.147.0* Не плохой апп но офис постоянно создает проблемы, просят те же документы задают те же вопросы причем имея ответы, и всегда не вовремя не позволяют перевести деньги. Больше не буду рекомендовать никому так как они создают очень много проблем ### 1/5 — Scammers *2024-04-17, version 2.145.0* They stopped card to card transfers to Russia. But they won’t mention that - they still take the payment and keep it on hold. Now the recipient should come to the bank and receive cache, instead of payment being send directly to the card. Anyway, this wasn’t an option for me, so I wanted to cancel payment. Surprise - for refund they use another exchange rate, so I’ve lost 10% of money I was sending. Total scammers, avoid. ### 1/5 — Recent Changes to App Transfers to Russia *2024-04-17, version 2.145.0* Money transfers have now been banned for Russian cards entirely. Recipients in Russia can only get transfers in cash at local bank branches. The change is not clearly explained in the app at all. It only asks for the recipients name and phone number and then just takes the money off the senders account and says the transfer is available in cash at a local branch. If the recipient doesn’t have this app they are completely unaware of the transfer as no messages are sent onto their phone number. It is the sender who needs to notify. Try figure out how… Once discovered, the sender can copy the notification to the recipient for info. The notification that the recipient gets provides no useful information on how to receive the money, where to receive, and if any documents are required to be presented to the banks. It took me hours to figure out that the app is not “broken”. Horrible user-unfriendly update to the process. Common people that are not part of the evil war are affected by this change, and makes no consideration for elderly. ### 1/5 — Don’t trust this app *2024-04-11, version 2.145.0* You can lose your money and your phone number will be blocked without any explanation then try to find the justice - no one will ever respond to you ### 1/5 — Hight commission *2024-03-27, version 2.144.0* They don’t show commission on withdrawal, which is 4%, (too hight ) ### 1/5 — Extremely complicated *2024-03-05, version 2.143.0* According to my verified level I was entitled to send up to 10.000€. I tried to send much less and they always asked me to provide my working place and bank statement up to current day. I provide all the information they required, but they anyway failed to transfer money. As a result I got waste of time, stress and they are still keeping my money. So basically I am not able to login. What is the solution ? ### 1/5 — Useless app for UK *2024-02-07, version 2.141.0* I opened the app, I could see I had €1000 transfer limit. I tried but it blocked me making transfer until I increase the limit to €7500 by sending documents. I sent documents and they were approved my new limit. I tried making transfer but I was asked to send new documents to increase limit to €15000. I sent new documents and they were approved. I tried but again it blocked me and asked another documents for increasing limit to over €15000. I sent new documents, this time documents were rejected and I was asked for 5 new documents. So it is endless asking for new documents although I had limit in the beginning. I will report to Apple and UK authorities. I am not sure if this is a legit app and not for collecting personal data. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t seem to be working *2024-01-27* Doesn’t work to even register from The US. Может деньги рубли, можно перевести с Москвы в Саранск но вот с России в Таиланд эти аферисты крутят деньги и не переводят деньги неделями и еще умудряются врать. I am a new user and I wanted customer support team to address my question of if a particular country is available for the money transfer. Seems simple enough - a yes or no question. Instead of giving me an answer, the support representative told me in six different ways to check the list in the app app. I’m not that fussed but it really not the level of support I’d expect.
