Clearly during the festive season as well as weekends, app cannot meet the demand. Frequent interruptions of service, cancellation of orders and prolonged delivery times are just tip of the iceberg of underlying issues. To its credit, the app has an admirable number of listings. Javimo se podrsci, u tri e-maila im javljam kako sam dobila pogresan fiskalni racun, za neku desetu narudzbu, u tri e-maila mi govore da im proslijedim fiskalni racun moje narudzbe. Uzas! Greska njihovih partnera i kurira ispada moja. Nikakav refund na kraju nije dobijen. Remove the tip option. Pay your workers more. Don’t leave that moral decision on us. This isn’t the US. Tipping must die. 3. Sometimes Serbian words go into menus and buttons. Konstatno mi piše greska “zbog preopterecnosti nismo u mogucnosti dostaviti nove narudžbe probajte ponovo za 5minuta”. Nazovem korisnički servis Gdje mi kolega kaže da deinstairam i instaliram apk ponovo, naravno, bezuspjesno. It seems as if it was designed by a grade school student, and is completely unusable when experiencing “high demand”, as it will just area-limit you out of any options outside of 3 kilometers away and tell you to come back later. No! Many times it will not allow you to order because they are overloaded and then you just sit there for an hour refreshing the app hoping you can place an order. The prices are crazy compared to other apps. You order something and it either gets canceled, takes and hour or arrives spilled, dropped or cold. I have no idea how these people are still in business, but they obviously don’t care about their customers. You collect these medals that don’t have any use whatsoever. Hire more people, because it’s crazy that on most days you get the same message about there being a lot of traffic or something similar. Paying an extra fee for „bad weather“ meanwhile it’s just cloudy outside. I have never had any problems with glovo, but always had problems with korpa. Also paying 5KM for delivery is just crazy of you people. On some days even 6-7KM. I get that no one is forcing me to order, but if you’re gonna market yourself as a a fast delivery service and then your customers wait 2 hours for one simple order, of course people are gonna be mad. Also there is this feature where you pay 2KM extra and if you’re order is late you get your complete money back. Every time I have used this feature my order was late and cold, but I have never ever gotten my money back. And don’t even get me started on the rude customer service and the scams you pull. Either way it’s crazy how you are treating your customers and using lame excuses for the behavior. Spamming you with the notifications about these fake offers and also having the restaurants listed as available when they are not and canceling the order only after complaining to the support. Keeping money and demanding 7-10 days for a refund. ### 1/5 — Nepouzdani *2025-06-05, version 1.7.23* Cijela poenta biznisa je dostava iz već postojećih biznisa/lokala. Dakle jedan jednostavan koncept, platiš osobu da ti donese artikle iz nekog lokala. Pa opet aplikacija vam dozvoli da platite i kreirate narudžbu iako nema nikoga slobodnog. Pa onda tako naručite hranu i dođe vam hladna uz 2-3h kašnjenja. Podrška ne radi ništa kada im se kaže. Ne preporučujem korištenje aplikacije, prečesto nemaju kurira i puštaju narudžbe da prođu, iako je tehnički odlična. Što se mene tiče izgubili ste me. ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2025-01-06, version 1.7.21* I have used this app for over a year and the amount of times my orders have been cancelled without being notified, drivers not available, or app frequently crashing, placing and charging double orders, no customer support, the English language only translates 15% of the app, the rest you’re manually translating .. so to spend 3x the amount of time to translate to place and order, only to have it cancel your order repeatedly is very frustrating.
