So I will now pay how much for large amount. If I had seen the transfer fee, why would I even bother using it. I feel cheated. The default answer is “it’s been escalated to the relevant team”. Transactions fail remain pending for 6 months randomly, but the money still disappears from your account. Customer support never responds, and there’s no clear way to get refunds. It feels unsafe trusting this app with your payments.
