## What is KorSkrypt?

Turn audio into editable text—privately on your iPhone.

KorSkrypt is a simple, focused audio transcriber for recordings, meetings, lectures, interviews, voice notes, and more. Record directly in the app or import an existing audio file, choose the spoken language, and create a transcript you can review, edit, copy, and share.

PRIVATE, ON-DEVICE TRANSCRIPTION

Your audio is processed on your iPhone instead of being uploaded to a cloud transcription service. Imported audio is copied temporarily for transcription and the temporary copy is deleted afterward. Recordings made with KorSkrypt remain in your Recording Library until you delete them.

RECORD OR IMPORT

• Record directly in high-quality WAV format
• Import common formats including M4A, MP3, WAV, and AAC
• Play, rename, share, or delete saved recordings

40 LANGUAGES + AUTO DETECT

Choose from 40 spoken languages, or use Auto Detect when you are unsure. Selecting the correct spoken language can produce more consistent results. KorSkrypt transcribes speech in its original language; it does not translate.

EDIT, COPY, AND SHARE

• Follow progress as each section is completed
• Stop transcription while preserving completed text
• Edit names, acronyms, and other details
• Copy or share your finished transcript
• Export recordings to Files or other apps

PRIVACY AND CONTROL

• No account required
• No audio uploaded to a cloud transcription service
• Works offline after the on-device transcription model is downloaded
• Thermal protection helps protect your iPhone during long transcriptions

Initial model setup may require an internet connection. Transcription accuracy varies depending on audio quality, accents, background noise, and overlapping speakers. Review important transcripts before relying on or sharing them.
