All other channels prompt me to upgrade to the more expensive gold plan. ### 1/5 — KBS World Channel Doesn’t Work *2023-07-22, version 14.850* I paid for the premium channels package twice in attempt to get the KBS World channel. I received a “Something went wrong” dialog message every time I attempted to open the channel. I contacted KORTV in order to resolve. I have been very disappointed that KORTV has not responded to my request to resolve the issue. I get a message saying “You don’t have permission to access this video”. This channel looked promising, but what is the point if I can’t watch anything...very frustrating. The other channels in the package seem to be working well but the 2 channels my wife's watches most are very aggravating (in order to keep watching a program). The problems with these 2 channels seem to be getting worse.
