I thought breathing exercises were just for relaxation, but these actually boost concentration. Great tool before deep work sessions, instead of coffee and against parenting stress, especially lion’s breathing)))

It’s also much better than most other breathing apps. The breathing practices are designed in a very thoughtful and professional way. I’ve tried many other apps, and their exercises were often clunky or buggy. Here, everything works beautifully
