I need to start a count of how many times I have had to delete and reinstall this app because it will just not work

The app on my I Phone constantly kicks me out, shuts down, won’t take pictures, freezes up, and I have to uninstall and reinstall constantly.  Have to turn my phone off and on between each ticket to get it to sometimes work.  Constantly throws an error message stating to contact customer service.  That gets me nowhere.  Needs to have an update and needs to get fixed.  Costing me hours daily just trying to get the app to work.

This app stinks. Where do I start. Connection issues, sync issues, scrolling issues. No updates in over a year, really! It just out right stinks

After you upload pictures it seems the app saves them again, thus taking up double the space on your phone storage

When I delete old photos out of my gallery it makes the app crash and won’t reopen without uninstalling and reinstalling it. Very unproductive and a serious waste of time. Please fix

Currently we switched to this app and I must say for being 4 years old its horrible. Make the lines that divides tickets more darker first of all, messes with my eyes. Another major Issue is that when I scroll to the bottom of my tickets it’s scrolls it’self back to the top, can’t even view any tickets between because it will scroll to the top on its own.

Our pipeline overlay doesn’t show up anymore making the app pretty much useless for us.

Everyday I get this failed message and have to uninstall and reinstall this app . This is very annoying. And on my iPhone I don’t get the ticket texted. I only get the map and the closing screen.

App is okay for showing map and detail, but functions are cut off at bottom, on top too if there are buttons there.  I have contacted Korweb, but they have not fixed this problem.

Been using this app/service for 6+ years and the app seems to get worse and worse. It keeps crashing and then won’t open back up. Have to delete the app and the reinstall it...4 times so far in less than 5 hours

This app does have its flaws but it works way better then the new app. If thing would have been upgraded on this one it would be way better.

Can’t see all my tickets when scrolling through my locate tickets. When I scroll it jumps over one or two tickets and it makes it hard to see what I have or to even be able to click on ticket due to hiding in-between screen. Please fix, thank you
