## What is Koryoo?

Koryoo connects buyers in Uzbekistan directly with verified Korean suppliers.

BROWSE
Explore products across 14 categories — beauty, fashion, electronics, automotive, health, home and living, food, sports, baby, industrial and more. Every supplier is verified before their products appear. Each product shows its supplier, country of origin, minimum order quantity and a full photo gallery.

ORDER AND TRACK
Add what you need to the cart and place an order in two steps. Follow every order through its stages, from placed to delivered. Cancel an order while it is still pending, and clear cancelled orders from your history when you no longer need them.

SUGGEST WHAT WE DO NOT HAVE
If a product you want is not in the catalogue, send it to us: a name, a note and a photo. Our team looks for it and gets back to you.

THREE KINDS OF ACCOUNT
Individual buyers order for themselves and their families.
Corporate buyers — shops and distributors — order in bulk, with their company details recorded on the order.
Suppliers who already work with us can sign in to follow the status of the products they have submitted and of their partnership application. New products are submitted on our website, koryoo.co, not in the app.

YOUR LANGUAGE, YOUR CURRENCY
The whole app works in Uzbek, Russian, English and Korean, and shows prices in so'm, US dollars or Korean won. Change either at any time from your profile.

THE SAME ACCOUNT EVERYWHERE
Koryoo also runs at koryoo.co. Your account, orders, addresses and favourites are the same on both, so you can order on your phone and check on your laptop.

HOW PAYMENT WORKS
Koryoo does not take payment inside the app, and there are no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Once your order is received, our team contacts you to confirm it and arrange payment and delivery.

YOUR DATA
We collect only what an order needs: your name, contact details and delivery address. We do not sell your data and we run no advertising or tracking. You can delete your account, and everything in it, from the app at any time.
