Get picked up in minutes or have anything delivered across town. Kose connects you with nearby drivers for safe, affordable trips and fast package delivery.

Ride with Kose:
Open the app, enter your destination, choose your vehicle, and confirm. Track your driver in real time from pickup to dropoff.

Send with Kose:
Need to send a parcel? Enter the pickup and dropoff, add receiver details, and a driver will collect and deliver it for you.

Book rides for later with confidence: this update fixes the iPhone scheduling button and now returns scheduled rides to Home with a clear confirmation instead of searching immediately. It also includes booking reliability improvements.

Utilities now uses live configuration with clearer availability and resilient offline fallbacks, alongside reliability and visual refinements.

More reliable ride matching and trip recovery, clearer updates while Kose finds a driver, live driver arrival estimates, and better explanations when a trip cannot continue.

### 2.2.1 — 2026-07-31

Kose Premium is coming soon with a provider-neutral experience. Shop and Eats now start clean and show only approved businesses as new merchants join. Shop owners, restaurants, service professionals and pharmacies can learn how to grow with Kose and open the Kose Merchant app. This update also improves ride recovery, Kose Care notification routing, iOS privacy messaging and overall reliability.

Meet the new Kose super-app experience. Enjoy a redesigned Home and Explore, clearer Ride and Send journeys, refreshed Eats, Shop, Care, Services and Pharmacy, improved Kose Money and Rewards, better dark mode, and stronger driver and vehicle identity throughout trips and deliveries. We also improved notifications, support and iOS compatibility.
