## What is Kosmos Home?

Delivery doesn’t end when the driver taps “delivered.”

Kosmos Home follows the part other delivery apps cannot see: the trip from your building’s lobby to your door. Know when your order arrives downstairs, when it is on the way up, and when it reaches you.

FOLLOW EVERY HANDOFF

• See when your delivery is received, when it is heading upstairs, and when it reaches your door.

• Get an arrival estimate based on what is actually happening inside your building. If the trip upstairs is delayed, Kosmos Home tells you instead of showing a countdown it cannot keep.

• Choose which delivery updates you want to receive.

• Review every delivery from the last seven days in one clear history.

A BETTER WAY TO RECEIVE DELIVERIES

• Set your own delivery PIN—a short code that helps your building match the right handoff to the right resident.

• Keep previously opened delivery details readable in elevators and other low-signal areas.

• Use Face ID for faster sign-in on your device.

BUILT FOR YOUR BUILDING

Kosmos Home is the resident companion to Kosmos Control. Your building or lobby equipment log each arrival, and Kosmos Home keeps you informed from there.

Your management office creates your account. Search for your building, then sign in with the email your office has on file. If you never set a password, ask building staff to resend your invitation.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Kosmos Home never asks for your location and does not sell your personal information. You control your notifications and can delete your account from Profile at any time.

If your building does not use Kosmos Control yet, send them to kosmoscontrol.com. We’d love to welcome your building.

Kosmos Home is a service of Kosmos Control LLC.
