You should definitely look into it. Also it seems like we can’t place Target And Stop loss together on Normal order, Because GTT order doesn’t seems to get triggered for me several times. It would be meaningless if they don’t get triggered right. So it would be really great if we could place target and stoploss on normal order as well. Please look into this suggestion. Thank you. ### 1/5 — Login issue *2026-05-12* Login problem app not responding stuck at login screen ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2026-03-19* This is hands down one of the most unreliable trading platforms I’ve used. For the second time, I placed a stop-loss and my position got forcefully squared off without the price even touching my SL. That’s not “market volatility” — that’s broken execution. When real money is involved, this is unacceptable. I’ve also cleared brokerage and all visible charges multiple times, yet I log in a couple of days later and somehow my account shows a negative balance again. No breakdown, no explanation — just silent deductions. That’s not just poor UX, that’s a complete lack of transparency. Customer support? Useless. The moment I explained the issue, the guy said “I’ll try to help” and straight-up hung up. No callback, no ticket, nothing. That tells you everything you need to know about how seriously they take customers. At this point, it feels less like trading and more like gambling on whether the platform itself will screw you over. I’m closing my account. If you care about your money, think twice before trusting this platform. ### 1/5 — Neo login error *2026-02-22* I am facing an issue with the account login limit on my Neo device. Currently, my device had 8 accounts logged in, which I understand is the maximum login limit per device. However, when I remove 2 accounts (making the total active logins 6), I am still unable to add new accounts. The system continues to display a "Device login limit reached" error. Because of this issue, every time I want to add new accounts, I have to contact customer care, share screenshots, and request manual assistance to activate the accounts. This process is inconvenient and time-consuming. Ideally, after removing existing accounts, I should be able to add new accounts without needing support intervention each time. I request you to please: 1. Check and fix this device login limit issue. 2. Ensure that removed accounts free up login slots automatically. 3. Provide a permanent solution so that manual activation through customer care is not required repeatedly. Kindly look into this matter and resolve it at the earliest. ### 5/5 — Very much reliable to use *2026-01-22* Very much reliable to use ### 2/5 — Account login issue - Support team is unable to resolve *2026-01-08* I closed the account few months ago and now when I try to re login with the same number it says you already have an account, please try login. Again it comes back to the same login page and i try to login with my mobile number it again says you already have an account. It is a loop. I understand I had an account with the same number but it was closed. What do I have to do to reactivate or relogin with the same number? As per support team, login using an alternative number or going to Kotak bank are the only options. Why is there no option to reactivate a closed account? Since I am not getting a proper resolution from support team, I am writing this review so someone else will look into it, hopefully. ### 3/5 — Worst app worst customer care *2025-12-28* Whenever there is a corporate action they do not know how to adjust options strike rates for that particular stock. I am running pillar to post since last 6 months but they are not able to provide any relief. I have already lost lacs of rupees because of this fault. Request everyone to go for some other broker. Kotak Securities is the worst. PS : They do not have OCO order facility. Therefore you have to put sale order and SL order separately. And you know what? They charge margin for SL order since a sale order is already there. If any of the order executed you have to cancel the other one manually. What you get on iPad is mobile phone layout not a proper full screen iPad layout. ### 2/5 — Not at Par with its Piers *2025-11-12* The App has a good Interface and is user friendly. However , the App is very Buggy , it crashes several times , if you are into Commodities or Intraday the App is not meant for You, as many a times the Buy/Sell Orders you want to place to square off a particular position never goes through and in a short while the app displays a pop up showing , Some customers may experience trouble placing orders , please check your order book.
