## What is Kotch?

Kotch Counter turns every cat you meet into points, streaks, and stats.

Spotted a cat sunbathing on a fence? Got close enough for a slow blink? Actually
got the head-bonk? Log it. Kotch Counter is the playful field journal for people
who can't walk past a cat without saying hello.

HOW IT WORKS
• Log an encounter the moment you spot a cat — where and when are captured for you.
• Score it by how close you got: In Sight, In Reach, Pettable, or the legendary
  "Asked For It".
• Start a Walk to track a whole outing and stack up multipliers as the cats add up.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
• Stats that actually mean something: points by hour, day, and month, lifetime
encounters, known-vs-unknown ratio, and your top cats.
• Build streaks and keep them alive.
• Earn badges as you hit new milestones.

EXPLORE & REMEMBER
• A gallery of the cats you've met.
• Neighbourhood zones showing where the cats really are.
• Every encounter saved so you can look back on your feline friends.

BRING FRIENDS ALONG
• Invite friends and compare notes.
• Share your best encounters and recaps.

BUILT TO JUST WORK
• Offline-first: log cats anywhere, sync happens automatically when you're back
  online.
• Full light and dark mode.

Go find some cats.
