It’s May now. I contacted customer service several times and there were either always busy, or not responsive. They even created fake tracking number just so I can stop bothering them. The tracking number was never updated(duh it’s fake) and I lost so much time and patience trying to get a useful response. Stop using excuses like unforeseeable losgitics. I have placed orders with other apps and their delay is significantly more informed and within understandable timeframe. I asked for refund and they are now trying to deliver the product.
