A ideia do aplicativo é sensacional, exatamente o que eu procurava: encontrar músicas com backtrack, estilo, tudo no lugar certo. Mas infelizmente… não funciona. Tentei recuperar minha conta antiga — não recebo o e-mail de redefinição de senha. Criei uma nova conta, ok. Mas quando preencho os dados completos do perfil (estilo, se sou amadora ou não, etc), clico em concluir… e nada acontece. A informação não salva, o cadastro não avança. E quando vou pesquisar músicas, ele avisa que é só pra assinantes. Até aí, tudo bem. Mas quando clico pra assinar, só aparece UM plano, que diz ser grátis. Clico nele, e… nada. Não aparece nenhuma outra opção de plano, nem valores, nem um caminho pra seguir. Ou seja: não consigo testar, não consigo pesquisar, não consigo usar. É um aplicativo com uma proposta maravilhosa — mas que, infelizmente, não funciona. E aí fica a pergunta: como vou saber se é bom mesmo, se não consigo sequer navegar e testar o que ele promete entregar?

Estou tentando, há diversas semanas, entrar em contato com a Cover Brasil para cancelar uma cobrança recorrente que está sendo feita indevidamente na minha conta. No entanto, a empresa não responde aos meus contatos e continua debitando o valor mensalmente, mesmo eu não utilizando o aplicativo.

Essa falta de atendimento e a insistência na cobrança indevida são um desrespeito ao consumidor. Exijo o cancelamento imediato da cobrança e o estorno dos valores pagos indevidamente. Caso não tenha uma solução, tomarei as medidas cabíveis junto aos órgãos de defesa do consumidor.
