## What is Koy?

Add positivity to your Screen Time with Koy!

Koy simply lets you configure apps to make them show a an affirmations when opened. 

For example, you add the social media app you use the most to the list, Koy will then show a random affirmation each 20 minutes of using that app to add a positivity and make your scrolling less toxic, which can beneficial to your overall mental health.    

You can also customize the type of affirmations you want to see by selecting the categories most relevant to you, or simply adding your own affirmations. Just select the app you want to customize from the Gated Apps List and customize the themes and content of your affirmations.

 Categories include: Relationships affirmations, Study affirmations, Compliments, Career affirmations.
