It makes it difficult to properly attach and organize the requested documents. We’re also unable to edit claims. It’s difficult to ensure everything is accurate. Also, can’t see if miles were added in a previous claim. ### 4/5 — Kaiser Balance tracker *2022-10-17* This has exceeded my expectations as it is simple to use and file claims from home. Very happy customer here. Take it out from the AppStore. ### 1/5 — Problematic *2021-03-09* This app is awful. It constantly forgets the Touch ID option, so I have to reset that Every. Single. Time. Or it will tell me that my password, which I know is correct, is wrong and I have to go through the password reset process AGAIN. If you do manage to log in, it’s extremely basic. Ridiculous ### 1/5 — Kaiser and FSA accounts *2023-09-09* Kaiser will not use your FSA first for payments. You have to watch them carefully. It’s like they are playing a game with you to try to keep that money because they know it does not roll over or get refunded. When I have time I am going to file a complaint with their regulator. If you are also having this problem I encourage you to file a complaint as well.
