## What is KP Fitness?

KP Fit app is a dedicated app designed for Katie Parsons’ workout and nutrition clients.
Check off your exercises each day you train. Katie Parsons can watch your progress and offer tips or advice whenever you’re struggling or need something more challenging!
The app also allows you to post regular check-ins and monthly plan updates to keep accountable and maintain progress.
You will need to be using Katie Parsons as your personal trainer and/or nutrition planner in order to use this app.
