The worst part is I’m required to use it for work. You can take a course and pass it with a 100% and then you go back to the dashboard and it still says you haven’t completed the course. You would think that if we are required to take these courses that these people would create an app that allows you to complete the courses. They take our companies money and apparently none of it is used to make their services better. It’s genuinely pathetic how bad this app is. It’s supposed to be teaching us crucial safety information and yet it can’t even do its own job correctly. Do better KPA. Before logging information I need to switch my brightness settings from my preference, dark, to light setting to read KPA “inspection.” Crashes at least once a month, resulting in even more time wasted doing simple tasks in deleting app, downloading app yet again, and set up. Not enjoyable. Not friendly. ### 1/5 — Used to work *2021-01-21* Using the app to record onsite training was the quickest and easiest way to get it done. For the last few months the app crashes as soon as it downloads your records. This necessitates scanning and uploading training documentation to the website. The additional steps required and time spent is wasteful.
