Once the app is opened, it plays. The only way to get it to stop is to quit the app. Also disappointing is the lack of a setting in iOS settings to control whether the app uses cellular data or not on an app by app basis. Upside: app for true fan makes it possible to listen to chico state basketball games. Downside: core usability bug -- epic fail.
