The KPFT APP is possible because of community support.   The three streaming channels feature local programming by volunteer programmers that come from our community.  Music genres from many corners of our city are featured including Blues, Singer - Songwriter, Cajun, Zydeco, Country, Jazz, Soul, Funk, Rock and much more.  
Community affairs shows as well as nationally broadcast programs such as Democracy Now and Thom Hartman are available. Now playing song and next show info.  All Commercial Free!

This is a review of the app, not the station. Both the web version and this app version seem to stop playing after a couple of songs. Latest iPhone software, latest app update.  Basic old FM radio still works best.
