Waste of money. ### 1/5 — Ehh *2024-04-17* Using with the 1024 model. Firstly I am definitely connected to the units internal wifi. Open the app and I dislike that it defaults to the model at the top of the list, I’d like if there was a setting where you could save your model so you don’t have to select it each time (especially when it was new or was hard to remember). Secondly, when I go into the “preview” section all I have is a black screen, so there is no preview if I want to snap photos from my phone while I’m a passenger. This should have a live feeding its a “preview” Third, transferring photos and videos to mobile is SLOW. You have to be connected to the unit the whole time and since the thumbnails are small it’s hard to tell which ones you might need and probably select too many either side of an incident. My other complaints are with the unit itself rather than the app, but I wouldn’t buy this if I had a choice (it was a gift). ### 1/5 — The worst dash cam and app *2024-01-30* This app along with the dash cam is absolute garbage. Only 3 month into using the app and dash cam it stopped working having issues with voice with the app not working unless I turn off mobile data and even then takes a good 3 minutes to connect and even more time to access video. And power cable is 30cm too short for my vehicle if I wanted it neat. ## Most praised reviews (6 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Great app *2021-01-29* You must connect to the cameras wifi before launching the app and connecting. Activate the wifi on camera then go to settings/wifi and connect to it. Password is usually displayed or inside the manual. Most people are complaining about the app not connecting however fail to read the manual and connect to the device wifi first. It’s actually a very good app and very easy to use. People just need to stop being a know it all and read the manual first. ### 4/5 — Good enough *2023-04-23* Works well with my iPhone8 plus, iOS 16.
