It’s a funny story: when a client paid me money it took over two days just to get it into their account and start using it because of the limits! If the limits aren’t increased I might close the account because it’s not normal to wait a few days for money. Other than that there are no charts or graphics to analyse daily or monthly spending by merchant. Please just return my money and close my account. Please Avoid. Really terrible app ### 1/5 — Great OS terrible company *2026-08-23, version 1.56.0* I have had nothing but issues with this bank, they froze my account for weeks with zero help, I had to reach out the the CEO who finally got me a response which said - we are freezing your account until you can send this confirmation that it is safe, that we over a week ago and nothing since. Support was useless and havnt helped or done anything except the same AI email saying they are sorting it when they clearly are not . The only saving grace of this company is John from their social media team who genuinely is a saint . He responded instantly and professionally and helped resolved my issue immediately. They’ll let you open the account make a few transactions, then they’ll just freeze the whole account disregarding people have livelihoods and blocking a bank account, obstructs that. Go on trust pilot they have thousands of people saying the exact same thing. It’s a shame they operate like this because their app is very smooth. We're here 24/7 💜 ### 1/5 — Apple Pay issue – support was unable to help *2026-08-12* My Krak Card previously worked perfectly with Apple Pay. After switching to a new iPhone, the card suddenly could no longer be added. I contacted support several times and specifically asked for a technical review of the Apple Pay provisioning, tokenization, and possible old device tokens. Instead of receiving a concrete solution, I mostly received generic replies about “security reasons” and was eventually told that nothing further could be done. The most disappointing part is that I ultimately had to contact the actual card issuer, Monavate, myself and submit a formal complaint because Krak Support was unable to properly resolve or escalate the issue. Monavate has since forwarded the case to the responsible Programme Manager. Other cards such as BBVA and Trade Republic work perfectly on the same iPhone and Apple Watch, so this is clearly not a general Apple Pay problem with my devices. I actually like the concept of Krak, but for such an important card issue I expect support to properly investigate and escalate the problem instead of repeatedly sending standard responses. Until issues like this are handled properly, I unfortunately cannot give more than 1 star. **Developer response:** Hi, thanks for taking the time to explain this in detail.
