Few days ago I transferred money to my Kraken. My account got immediately restricted and I can't get money back to my bank. They said support will reach out but it's been 3 days. Avoid them at all costs.

When investing in cryptocurrencies, one must exercise extreme caution. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No way to get in contact with human agents, only AI chatbot that repeats the same answers. Calling the support phone number gets you to another AI that repeats the same statement multiple times and hangs up. When it’s a matter of thousands of dollars I expect better customer service and communication. Blocked my withdrawals and left my transaction on hold for 2 weeks without any concrete reasoning. Providing concrete evidence that it is a legit transaction didn’t have an impact either.
