## What is KraussMaffei AnalytiX?

AnalytiX is the cloud-based production monitoring from Netstal. Using the innovative analysis tool, you can access the monitoring of machine states and automated process evaluations regardless of the time or place. With AnalytiX, you will increase the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) of your injection molding production.

The OEE-key figure (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), which allows processors to gain valuable insights into their production, can be automatically derived by using the new OEE calculator for AnalytiX. The OEE key figure includes the factors availability, performance and quality which are automatically determined by the machine and the connected peripherals. This makes it possible to get a statement as to how much of the available time has been realised in good parts. In this way, it becomes understandable how well a production cell exploits the existing potential and where losses occur. All in all, valuable data and measures for continuous improvement of the production process can be derived. Furthermore, the OEE – key figure serves as an important indicator of success and implemented improvement measures.
