We both tried deleting and downloading the all multiple times and still the same problem continues. Once you click on place the order it takes you to the next screen but the screen looks like the size exceeds the app requirements. You can’t see the action button to continue. My husband finally used the iPad and was able to complete the order. I have photos of how the screen looked but I am unable to attach it. ### 1/5 — NOT WORKING!! *2023-11-11, version 6.93* Since updating a few minutes ago, I cannot use the app. I am prompted to confirm my email address by entering a one time pin but I am not receiving it at my email address. I have tried changing the email address to another one and the pin is never delivered. Very disappointing. ### 2/5 — Payment issues *2023-09-05, version 6.79* Since I downloaded the new app, its asking for the country for a Bahamas Based card that was already in the old app. I am now unable to order and having sent in a query to customer support, the reply comes back to contact my bank for the country. The signup process was straightforward enough, but ultimately wouldn’t work. I got to the stage of entering the OTP the app sends to your email, but when typing in the code, it says it’s incorrect. Lather, rinse, repeat. For the price to be so expensive for delivery this company is absolutely working backwards. The food is almost always cold. And the operation is just so slow because of the backward minds that people tend to work with. They will not let you report order fraud, and then will refuse to let you delete your account or payment info. Every time I try to put in the expiration month and year it won’t take it. So I couldn’t proceed with my order. Just landed in the Bahamas without a car, took a taxi to the AirBNB and ready to get food delivered, but we will not be eating tonight.
