## What is KRIS E?

This app enables existing customers to use KRIS E-Submission on iPhone and iPad.

KRIS Document Management System is our flagship product and pillar in Enterprise Transformation processes. More than 20,000 users use it in the governments and private sectors. Convenience and security is the hallmark of KRIS.

KRIS E-Submission is the Workflow module in KRIS that automates your office process flows. No more paper forms. No more chasing around for approvals. No more chaos

Using this app you can:
* Create new request for approval or acknowledgement
* Attach pictures and documents as attachments in your request.

* Approve, Endorse or Reject requests

* Comment directly in the request for clarifications

* Track the progress of your requests

This release enhances KRIS E-Submission with the following new features, allowing Workflow / System Administrators to:
- Pre-define routing steps, action parties and KRIS folders in workflow templates
- Assign workflow templates to specific departments for easy control
- Define submission ID's prefix to suit your naming conventions
- Duplicate existing workflow templates for quick streamlining of other processes in your organisation
 
We’ve also included various bug fixes and security improvements to keep things running smoothly.

This version brings the following updates:
1. Requesters can now sign on Main Paper before submitting
2. Approvers can now download the Main Paper for offline viewing
3. Depending on your organisation’s workflow setup: 
  (a) Approvers can sign on Main Paper
  (b) Approvers can return a submission to previous stages, instead of only to requester
  (c) Approvers can add more routing steps
  (d) Requesters can assign the same user in different routing steps
4. Miscellaneous bug fixes

This version brings the following updates:
1. Major performance improvement in displaying large PDF documents
2. Enhanced scrolling experience when viewing and signing documents
3. Addressed an upload problem for users on certain devices
4. Minor bug fixes for improved app stability
