## What is Krishi Coop?

Cooperative Market Development Programme (CMDP) has supported construction and operation of cooperative markets at different levels. As of now, CMDP has established 50 primary cooperative market collection centers at the local level, 2 district level markets (Kavre and Nuwakot), 2 municipal markets (Ratnanagar, Chitwan and Benighat Rorang, Dhading) and 2 central level satellite markets in Chabahil, Kathmandu and Lalitpur. 

Krishicoopbazaar.com, owned by CMDP till the project period, is being operated by the listed cooperative markets. The platform plans to benefit both the farmers as well as the general public by connecting them directly via cooperative markets.
