But I struggle with sending SMS messages and sending attachments and links. So it doesn’t really replace a cell phone. So I don’t recommend it until they fix the texting. And they told me they could fix it, but it cost me a huge amount of money. By upgrading. So for that reason, I don’t recommend it. ### 4/5 — Great software if it wasn’t so buggy *2025-11-06, version 1.2.1* I really want to love this software but there’s still a lot of bugs they need to figure out. Sometimes the audio doesn’t work when a call is answered on the phone. Sometimes it doesn’t let you stay logged into both mobile and desktop at the same time. It constantly logs you out of the mobile app, then it doesn’t autofill the login with password manager and it always requires 2 factor authentication. There’s definitely a lot of great features and when it works, it’s an awesome software. I got a receipt for both, however in the system while it showed I purchased a phone number, it didn’t assign it to me. Furthermore it wasn’t even the phone number I selected. First, they made me pay upfront for a phone number—no small fee, mind you—and only after I’d paid did they suddenly start demanding additional personal information. They promised a simple, straightforward service, but the second they had my money, they turned the whole thing into a complicated, shady ordeal. I’m left feeling ripped off and frustrated. You pay $15 monthly at First , then you will pay $6 For the number , then after paying twice, this foolish scammer will then banned your account then tell you to recharge and buy credits . The Lowest Credit is Another $10. Please do not fall for this Scammers , you will keep paying and you won’t get the right service. I PAID ALL $31 and I am not able to use the number for anything . THIEFS!!!!!!. ### 1/5 — Very poor customer service *2024-09-19, version 1.0.51* Phone service was good but customer service is poor, credit balance as a top up in my account is not refunded and not sure if it's going to stay for me to use in the future. I may not come back with my current experience and will not recommend anyone I know as you guys ask customers to read fine print on the site instead of explaining before signing up for your service. I had a family emergency and had to rush back home , do you expect me to board the flight or keep reading your fine prints to understand your business? Keep your self in customers shoes before you offer any services, every customer is not the same and every one using your service is not on a pleasure trip. I am not being rude but this is my personal experience with your company. ### 4/5 — A tad bit frustrating (Updated) *2024-04-05, version 1.0.47* I originally wrote a review that said something along the lines of “Possible scam and bad interface” but I think these guys are just the victim of a difficult interface. I was not only responded to kindly (after being a bit mean or standoffish) but also promptly. They refunded me all of my money and wiped the account for me. Great customer service. Final thoughts: Thank you Bruce, James and Team ### 3/5 — Don’t waste your time *2024-04-03* Frustrating perfectly sums up this app. Apparently they can’t use US numbers anymore (or else it makes you register a crazzzzy amount of business documents) and there is no mention of this whatsoever. I’m honestly giving it 3 stars because I was promised a refund at least but if that doesn’t come around then this is scam city and I’ll write a more telling review of how I really feel about Krispcall. Shoot, I’ll even hit the fraud hotline with some pictures and chats I had with “Bruce”. It’s just like having a normal UK mobile without the hassle of a SIM card (changing sim when travelling) or having to switch sim or have two phones. Bonus is voice calls and sms are cheap so actually better than having a UK contract or pay as go SIM card.
