My points never accumulate to the point that I can use them before they expire. Any way you could change that? I’ve been struggling for the longest time with this app and it’s sad because I get donuts all the time and I have been getting donuts from them for years. They come and deliver them to my house when I am able to order online which half of the time I can’t end up having to physically go to get them which is a major inconvenience if I want these kind of donuts without having to go through DoorDash. Why in the world if this is such a big company that has lots of money, could they not have the proper software development/IT in place to keep things running smoothly because God forbid I tried to add on a special or a discount or redeem my points I can’t do it and then right now with the newest donuts, it says they cannot be ordered for delivery which is a bunch of BS and so then I said well OK I’ll get regular donuts but then they said I can’t order donuts for delivery which is BS because I have been ordering them from the app delivered to my house for years and I’m just about to boycott the company and just stick with Dunkin’ Donuts who actually has more stuff like breakfast and delicious flavors of donuts not just the basic ones with occasional seasonal, holiday or promotional “flavors”. Rewards program is a joke if you can’t ever use your rewards. There is no way to contact these people about it either. Last time I ordered as a ‘guest’ online for Fathers Day for their special Fathers Day donuts. I placed my order the day before online for 2 boxes. As I’m IN LINE to pick them up they email me to tell me they are out of the Fathers Day ones. Sold 20 boxes of them to someone that morning apparently. So use caution if ordering ahead. There’s no guarantee you’ll get what you wanted…and they don’t really care either.
