I had my first bad experience yesterday. The girl who waited on us was rude. She apparently couldn’t hear. I tried to get points for my rewards. She had a young man take over so I thought she didn’t know how. He just rang us up. We were in Charleston, sc. the donut was fabulous!! But one of the offers is on top of the other and the other is barely peeling out below it. I can’t click on anything to get the second offer to show. They do not reply to messages. ### 2/5 — Barely works *2026-04-29, version 2026.04.13* My app is up to date and there’s only 3 ways to sign in and when I use the password or Face ID it says to sign in how I have previously, when I try Sign in with Apple it tells me to enter my phone number, zip code and birthday and says I already have an account and need to sign in a different way, and when i try to sign in via Facebook it tells you to click I’m not a robot and click the images and I do that but then there’s no way to submit what you’ve clicked or move forward and I can’t create a new account but one already exists with my phone number. I've been trying to place an order for 20 minutes. The button to pay doesn't do anything. It also gives me a "timeout" warning repeatedly when changing between the checkout and the menu. However, the checkout process and applying those discounts is so confusing. It needs to reload to apply tax, and I get a red error message whether the discount has successfully applied or not. Then whenever I try to place my order, the loading time after checkout takes forever and then proceeds to say it didn’t go through every time. They come and deliver them to my house when I am able to order online which half of the time I can’t end up having to physically go to get them which is a major inconvenience if I want these kind of donuts without having to go through DoorDash. Why in the world if this is such a big company that has lots of money, could they not have the proper software development/IT in place to keep things running smoothly because God forbid I tried to add on a special or a discount or redeem my points I can’t do it and then right now with the newest donuts, it says they cannot be ordered for delivery which is a bunch of BS and so then I said well OK I’ll get regular donuts but then they said I can’t order donuts for delivery which is BS because I have been ordering them from the app delivered to my house for years and I’m just about to boycott the company and just stick with Dunkin’ Donuts who actually has more stuff like breakfast and delicious flavors of donuts not just the basic ones with occasional seasonal, holiday or promotional “flavors”.
