Well, OK, the past two years or so. I am a Pilates enthusiast and student, not a teacher. I do own Kathi’s Red Thread books and refer to them often. The app makes the Red Thread accessible to all who are interested, and guides one along the threads in a fun and easy to comprehend manner. Bravo! MB

I was so disappointed in this app.  Had extremely high expectations, per KRN, and didn’t even see the free trial through. Videos were UNedited 😳, some had no sound,  no rewind on videos, and so on. Honestly, the concept is incredible. Her training is 💯wonderful. The organization seemed to be there, but the delivery was not.  Appears to me that the app really failed in it’s functionality and that sucks.  Sorry KNR!! I really hope I can afford to do your masters program someday.

For Pilates instructors lear the advance mounting and dismount the apparatus lear how to connect with different cues I can not heard the audio on the long clases it really show the progression in other to obtain the result

Easy to follow for all levels. Broken down so you can not only mimic the exercises but understand how to apply the method. The small subtle corrections Kathi makes the exercises a standout of a pilates class.
