I desperately need the order , it is already a day late !! Called the store and got absolutely no satisfaction and am sitting here again WAITING, I really have things to get accomplished and can’t afford to sit around much longer. Hoping some o e in the Kroger organization could help in either getting it delivered or tell me the status and where my order could be!! I’ve been using this service for quite awhile and would like to keep doing it but can’t afford to sit around and miss work for something that was supposed to be done yesterday!! I’ve used the service for quite awhile but can’t afford to sit around for the second d straight day waiting!! I’d of get a communication from they it would be delivered this morning !!! WHETE IS IT I’m In Cincinnati Ohio !!! ### 3/5 — Could have been better *2023-11-02* I was a little upset that I didn’t get a knock on my door or a text letting me know that my order was ready and at my door. I had meats in my order. Not sure how long they were out there in 74 degree weather. Up til now I’ve had no problems with my orders. ### 2/5 — Will double your grocery bill. *2023-07-17* I consider myself a bargain shopper, and my shopper selected “item unavailable” on pretty much everything i ordered, and replaced it with stuff that was 2x as expensive. These are all items that i have never, EVER seen unavailable at any kroger - EVER. Assuming the shopper was just lazy and picked whatever looked “close enough”This would have been $55 at a kroger, turned into $97. Just uber to the store. This ain’t it. Previously, I tried placing an order and it said my address was not in the delivery area offered. I tried to go through their chat help and that was a bust. No one could help resolve this problem. Something about 3rd party shoppers. I want my money back for missing items. And I shouldn’t have to wait for days to be refunded for the absent items. Krogers really should reconsider putting their name on something that they don’t except responsibility for. ### 1/5 — What y’all got going on *2024-02-28* I just got the Kroger‘s app and I went to purchase some items obviously I got everything I needed and when it was delivered to my home instead of getting a different brand of choice, they replaced it with sparkling water and some weird looking rice. If you didn’t have the first thing I asked for get a different brand of it does not make sense. Do better never doing this again. ### 1/5 — Items kept getting kicked off in my cart *2024-01-09* Items kept getting deleted by the app I double checked cart before checkout. Items were deleted by the app resulting in items not being purchased. I kept adding the items. It was not the employees fault but one item I really needed was not purchased. There was no indication there was an item limit. I had ten items but only nine were purchased. I spent a lot on delivery fees because it was given to insta cart to deliver not Kroger delivery. This resulted also in having to tip . Would have been better off just using Insta cart 60 dollars tuned into eighty with fees and then the tip I selected a tip amount that did not come out correct either. I realize sometimes there is user error but this was not the case. I ended up giving my driver cash since weather was bad and the tip I had selected did not calculate correctly . My first experience using the app was not great . ### 1/5 — horrible app *2023-07-16* tried to order some items obviously and after i paid took 2 items out of my cart and when i tried to add items to the list after that it tried to charge me for a whole other delivery fee and service fee along with tipping the same person again. whats the point of having an add item to cart before they start shopping if they gonna make u pay everything again. You cannot get support through the actual Delivery Now App ( Redirects to Instacart). The customer service provided by instacart is completely incompetent. Where to begin. Well, the support team did not read the emails, I mean that quite literally and not figuratively, I stated in excruciating detail I had a Kroger now problem not an issue with my instacart account, I provided screenshots, I provided detailed descriptions of the issue. Well imagine how I felt when the third email I received asked what the problem with my Instacart Account was. It took literally five emails for them to understand the issue which I communicated very clearly. As other reviews have stated you cannot check out. The app circles and circles. I believe there is a bug in the application’s address book/GPS synchronization which does not exist in the Instacart app. I communicated this via email. Because the app recognizes my address but cannot complete the checkout portion. Instacart asked for screenshots in the fourth email response…..please note I previously included screenshots in my first email. Then asked I call them and email Kroger both of which I Did. guess what it’s been over a month now and still nothing. The developer updated the app and it still does not work. I have tried utilizing this app on my work cell phone it still does not work. Kroger never responded to the email. It does not work. I am disturbed by Kroger’s apathy. The $20 off promotional coupon everyone was offered to try this service expires 12/31/2022. I will report their failure to communicate to customers, inept customer service and the inability to redeem to the promotion to the appropriate consumer protection agency if this is not corrected by the promotion expiration date. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Krogers delivery does deliver *2023-09-28* Service is fast and is good there is only one problem if you think DoorDash charges to much then you haven’t used this app yet 64 dollar ordered turned to 94 dollars plus tips 2 24 packs of coke and 2 18 packs of gaterade and 3 krogers mild cheese dip do the math they even put a 4 dollar tax but if you can get past that hiccup then this app really is useful if you have no way to get to Kroger then this app is the best choice if in my personal opinion I will be recommending this app to others that don’t drive or don’t have anyway of getting to Kroger and for me I’ll keep using this app just not all the time but only when I need to use this app ### 5/5 — Service *2023-09-09* I’ve Have used Kroger’s delivery service twice online.
