On top of it, the app does not work - is not straightforward and too slow. And useless and rude staff- the woman at the reception is least bothered if you get to your meeting or not. However being one of the person who wasn’t ever given the access card as they were forever to come- i feel great to be in control of my entry and exit. Tried refreshing many times. So it is a circular direction and no update neither we can use on iPhone. Very bad testing and deployment. Sometimes the address book itself is not picked for invites.. And sometimes the FNB struggles .
